Just last fall Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi purchased another home to add to their collection of Montecito properties, but the couple is already ready to let go of it. According to Dirt, DeGeneres and de Rossi have listed the home for $13.9 million, a steep increase from the $12 million they paid for it in September of 2021.
The purchase was made off market so little information on the space was initially available, but now that their listing is live it can be viewed in all its contemporary glory. With just three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms spread throughout its 4,780 square feet, the property is mostly dedicated to entertaining space. The walls on either side of the high ceilinged open kitchen, living, and dining spaces are almost entirely covered in double height glass sliders that open to the understated drought resistant lawn. The interiors play into the muted natural tones of the lawn with gorgeous sandy marble countertops in the kitchen and chevron wood flooring throughout.
